Tuition
All tuition payments are to be made to The Center of Music and Art.
Per CMA policy, all tuition is due monthly.
Attendance
If a student will miss a lesson, I ask that you notify me as far in advance as possible. I will do my best to schedule a make-up time for any excused lesson.
If I will miss a lesson, I will give as much notice as possible. Band camps and vacations will have several weeks advanced notice, and will not be billed. In the event I must miss due to a weather closure or an emergency, I will do my best to schedule a make-up, or arrangements will be made for a credit.
Per CMA Policy, all no-call, no-show lessons will be counted as unescused,
and will not be eligible for a make-up, credit, or refund.
Health & Safety
Please stay home if sick. To help slow the spread of germs, If a student misses school or work or leaves early because of illness, please cancel that day's lesson. I will arrange a make-up time or give a credit at our next regular lesson time.
Discontinuing Lessons
When possible, I ask that you let me know ahead of time the date of your last lesson, to best prepare for our remaining time together.
CMA requires that they be notified in writing when a student discontinues.
